All Lights International Film Festival in India has honored late Iranian actor Levon Haftvan.

The latest edition of the festival has given the Honorable Mention 2 to the Iranian actor for his performance in the movie ‘Kupal’ directed by Kazem Mollaei.

The actor played the lead in award-winning film 'Kupal' which narrates the story of Dr. Ahmad Kupal, a taxidermist hunter who faces a challenge just before the Persian New Year.

Haftvan had appeared in Khosrow Masoumi's 'Dirty Job' which premiered at the latest edition of Fajr Film Festival held on February 2018.

Iranian-Armenian thespian died March 10, 2018 at the age of 51 following an incident which occurred on the set of a new production he was shooting.

All Lights International Film Festival aims at providing a platform for global film industry to portray excellence in filmmaking.

The fourth edition of the film festival was held on December 1-4, 2018.
